Completed work includes projects of varying sizes. Past projects have included everything from office buildings, restorations, restaurants, hotels, tenant build-outs, to custom residential homes and major renovations.
Some of our recent custom home projects are located in the Sandusky area on Cedar Point Road and in the Harbour Lagoons.
Recent commercial projects include work for; Health Quest Vermilion, Health Quest North Olmstead, Abbe Road Plaza (Elyria - New Façade), Companion Care Clinic (Veterinarian Hospital), Portland Plaza (Vermilion), St. Paul Lutheran Church, ABC Equipment Rental, Breadsmith of Lakewood (Bakery), Lakeside Train Depot (fire restoration). Discount Drug Mart projects include; New Philadelphia and Wooster.
Our diversification into major restoration, new structures, remodeling and additions, is built around a reputation for reliability and a unique problem solving orientation.
