Bay Point Resort is a gated community and requires that you check-in at the gate house to request to view the Prete Builders’ model. You will be given a visitor pass which allows you to enter. Proceed past the Bay Point Restaurant and Bay Point Marina and continue until you reach the Bay Point Clubhouse. Just past the clubhouse, take a right turn onto Bay Breeze Drive. The model will be located on your right-hand side just left of the clubhouse.
