What sets us apart from other builders is that not only do we manage our tradesman to construct your home but our team is fully equipped and trained to do many of the phases of construction themselves. This is extremely important during a remodeling project, you can count on a Prete member to be managing and working on your home throughout the project. Construction Process
The construction of a home can be a very exciting yet stressful time. The Prete Builders Team believes in “The 5 P’s”- Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. With this philosophy in mind we have put systems in place to help manage the many decisions a customer needs to make and take that information from paper to reality.

We trust that having trades that are knowledgeable, dedicated and who care about doing the best job possible on your project sets us apart from the average builder.
Warranty Program
Prete Builders is committed to having happy customers. We go the extra mile before and during the construction process to help eliminate those issues that can develop in the first year of owning your home. With every home we build, we include an extensive one year warranty that describes what will be covered for this important first year. You will have two set meetings, one at 90 days after final walk through and one at your 11th month of your first year to ensure everything in your home is functioning at its best. Our technicians and tradesman are ready to jump into action to handle those unforeseen issues.
After the first year of warranty, we have found many of our customers have asked us to return to help maintain their homes. To help meet our existing customers and the community’s needs, we established our Prete Home Service Program. We work with you on your monthly, quarterly and yearly needs and create a personalized maintenance program to handle these items. At Prete Builders we are as proud of the home we created for you as you are of your home and we wish to be part of maintaining your investment for years to come.
