Prete Home Service
After the first year of warranty, we found many of our customers requested us to return to help maintain their homes. To assist in meeting our existing customers and the community’s needs, we have established our Prete Home Service Program.
We work with you on your monthly, quarterly and yearly needs and create a personalized maintenance program to handle these items. At Prete Builders we are as proud of the home we created for you as you are of your home and we wish to be a part of maintaining your investment for years to come.
